At MongoDB, we're all about revolutionizing industries by empowering innovators with the tools they need to transform and disrupt the world. From AI to modern applications, we’re making it easier for organizations to build, scale, and run applications. With MongoDB Atlas, the only globally distributed, multi-cloud database, we are helping customers like Samsung and Toyota modernize their operations across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Cloud Partner Specialist to accelerate growth through partnerships with Google Cloud. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to lead strategic pursuits and foster relationships that drive large-scale transformation across key sectors. If you’re a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building relationships, and has a knack for driving business growth, MongoDB is the place for you.

???? What You'll Do:

???? Drive the Google Cloud Partnership:

  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with Google Cloud and MongoDB leadership to spearhead large-scale business initiatives.
  • Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the southeastern US, creating opportunities to generate pipeline and boost deal size across cloud partnerships.
  • Drive strategic, high-impact deals in partnership with MongoDB’s sales teams, Google Cloud sales, and field partners.
  • Collaborate with Global Cloud Program teams to generate pipeline, providing backup and support to accelerate sales cycles.

???? Pipeline Generation & Sales Leadership:

  • Prospect, identify, and develop a healthy sales pipeline through cloud partners, pushing for new business opportunities and workloads.
  • Own your quota, forecast Net ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), and track new opportunities sourced through cloud partners, reporting weekly to sales leadership.
  • Influence C-level executives and help partners unlock new revenue streams by guiding them toward MongoDB and Google Cloud solutions.

???? Partner Development & Scaling:

  • Develop successful technology partnerships with Google Cloud to enhance MongoDB’s ecosystem.
  • Utilize your extensive sales knowledge to create scalable, impactful strategies for MongoDB’s expansion and customer success.

???? What You Bring:

???? Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sales or partner/channel sales, specifically in quota-carrying roles.
  • Proven ability to build and generate pipeline and thrive in a complex sales matrix model.
  • Strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud computing, or database technologies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills—fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles to close large deals.

???? Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Ability to influence C-Level executives, establish credibility quickly, and drive high-impact decisions.
  • Experience building scalable technology partnerships that drive long-term success.

? What We Love About You:

???? Energetic & Tenacious: You’re a resourceful, upbeat team player who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
???? Self-Aware & Collaborative: High EQ and a genuine ability to connect with teams and stakeholders.
???? Driven & Career-Oriented: You have a passion for growing your career in cloud innovation and a deep interest in MongoDB products.
