We are seeking a Part-Time F-16 MTT Field Engineer to support the Air National Guard (ANG) F-16 Mission Tactics Trainer (MTT) simulators. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge simulation technology while contributing to mission readiness for America’s defenders.

Your Mission:

• Troubleshoot & Innovate: Analyze and resolve technical issues for F-16 MTT simulators, delivering creative solutions that meet customer specifications.
• Train & Lead: Conduct technical training and briefings for customers, vendors, and partners.
• Adapt & Excel: Rapidly learn the functions of the F-16 MTT simulator to provide expert-level support.
• Deploy & Coordinate: Prepare and execute hardware installations, manage technical design packages, and collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.
• Document & Improve: Update technical drawings and create clear diagrams for planning and documentation.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree + 9 years of experience (or equivalent experience pathway).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to meet customer demands.
• Proven success in individual and team environments.
• U.S. Citizenship with Active DoD Secret Clearance (eligible for SAP/SAR upgrade).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with DoD simulators and SAP efforts.
• Hands-on familiarity with the simulator community.
