- Lead the health plan strategic analysis and ensure alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
- Define departmental priorities and drive initiatives that optimize health plan outcomes.
- Provide high-level mentorship and guidance to a talented team of data scientists and analysts, fostering growth and excellence.
???? Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Perform deep dive analyses across various healthcare domains and transform data into actionable insights that improve revenue outcomes and meet enterprise-wide goals.
- Observe trends in Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace growth, and develop analytical frameworks to support business cases and process improvements.
- Design and execute Payment Integrity campaigns, working closely with health plans to evaluate performance and provide recommendations.
???? Innovative Analytics & Modeling:
- Develop scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, and validation.
- Utilize advanced algorithms and models to mine big data stores, clean and validate data, and improve the accuracy of predictive models.
- Devise novel approaches to feature selection and data exploration from multidimensional datasets.

- Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that optimize healthcare costs, consumer experiences, and quality outcomes.
- Use Hadoop, Power BI, R, Python, and other tools to transform industry data into insights that drive decision-making and process optimization.
???? Qualifications:
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience leading healthcare analytics functions.
- 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally with hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and healthcare analytics.
- Strong technical proficiency in Hadoop, Power BI, R, Python, SQL, and other relevant tools.
- Experience with relational databases, SDLC, and data science methodologies.
- Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and bring order to messy datasets.
