???? Innovation & R&D Leadership

  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning, applying these insights to enhance and create new data models.
  • Lead pilot projects to test and implement new AI technologies within Molina Healthcare, ensuring that we remain a leader in healthcare innovation.

???? AI Model Deployment & Monitoring

  • Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring they meet accuracy, governance, and security requirements.
  • Continuously monitor model performance, making adjustments to maintain their effectiveness and compliance with industry regulations.

???? Agentic Workflows & RAG Techniques

  • Develop and implement agentic workflows using AI agents to autonomously execute tasks, improving decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance language model performance by incorporating external knowledge, optimizing outputs for healthcare applications.

???? Advanced Data Analysis & Interpretation

  • Extract meaningful insights from complex healthcare datasets to inform strategic decisions, identify patterns, and improve operational processes.
  • Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to communicate actionable findings to stakeholders.

?? Machine Learning Model Development

  • Design, develop, and train cutting-edge machine learning models using advanced algorithms like deep learning, reinforcement learning, and unsupervised learning.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained models to ensure they’re optimized for specific healthcare tasks, achieving the best performance and relevance.

???? Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business analysts to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists, helping them grow their skills and align with business goals.

???? Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in data science, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R, with hands-on experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and advanced machine learning techniques like k-NN, SVM, and neural networks.
  • Proven track record in model fine-tuning, data cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for modeling.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AI Studio, Databricks, or Snowflake for AI model deployment.
  • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
  • A PhD or advanced experience is a plus.
