Your Mission:

  • Turn Data into Insight: Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop Cutting-Edge Models: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including deep learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
  • AI-Driven Workflows: Implement agentic workflows that use AI agents for autonomous operations, enhancing efficiency and decision-making.
  • RAG Pattern Integration: Leverage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve language models' outputs with external knowledge sources.
  • Model Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific tasks, ensuring maximum performance and adaptability.
  • End-to-End Deployment: Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams, from software engineers to product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with emerging AI trends, and apply new methodologies to improve current models.

Your Toolkit:

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficiency with tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Machine Learning Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and similar tools
  • Programming Expertise: Strong coding skills in Python, R, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure AI Studio
  • Statistical Methods: Deep understanding of algorithms like k-NN, SVM, and neural networks
  • Agentic Workflow & RAG Techniques: Hands-on experience in AI automation and retrieval-augmented generation patterns

What You Bring:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred)
  • Experience: 6+ years in data science, preferably in healthcare (other industries considered)
  • Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
