???? Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver real value.
???? Data Pipelines: Develop scalable pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering.
? Best Practices: Implement coding, version control, testing, and documentation best practices.
???? Model Validation: Conduct A/B testing and automated tests to ensure model reliability and performance.
???? Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to continuously improve and innovate solutions.
???? Mentorship: Lead code reviews and provide mentorship on machine learning best practices.

What You Bring to the Table

Essential Skills:

• ???? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• ???? Expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for model training, tuning, and deployment.
• ???? Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications with LLMs.
• ???? Hands-on NLP experience with tools like Hugging Face, NLTK, and SpaCy.
• ???? Proficiency in big data technologies (PySpark) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• ?? Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, DevOps).
• ???? Proven Python programming skills with experience in Django or Flask for RESTful APIs.
• ???? Deep understanding of MLOps for model lifecycle management and continuous integration.
