What You’ll Do:

• Develop & Implement Ethical AI Models: Create AI solutions that align with ethical principles, ensuring fairness, robustness, transparency, and explainability.
• Risk Evaluation & Mitigation: Detect, assess, and address AI risks to build trustworthy systems.
• Client Engagement: Support conversations with clients, helping them adopt responsible AI strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance AI system performance while upholding ethical standards.
• Lifecycle Involvement: Participate in data preparation, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Guideline Development: Contribute to best practices for responsible AI and deliver technical training.
• Stay Ahead: Keep pace with AI trends, ethical considerations, and technological advancements.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models (Regression, Neural Networks, NLP, Computer Vision)
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• 2+ years of experience in Responsible AI practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related technical fields

Skills That Set You Apart:

• Expertise in AI fairness, explainability, and robustness
• Knowledge of emerging AI regulations and standards
• Experience with GenAI solutions, prompt engineering, or RAG models
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google, Databricks)
• Cybersecurity knowledge and red-teaming practices
• Responsible AI certifications

Salary Information:

Compensation varies based on experience and location. Indicative ranges for some U.S. states are as follows:

• California: $73,800 to $220,400
• New York: $68,300 to $220,400
• Washington D.C.: $78,500 to $202,700
• Colorado: $73,800 to $190,400
