In this role, you'll help shape our people strategy by analyzing trends, refining compensation programs, and delivering impactful insights that move our business forward.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Compensation Excellence:

  • Lead bi-annual market reviews and benchmark new roles to keep our programs competitive.
  • Support compensation projects, including equity program design and total reward statements.
  • Stay ahead of trends in hourly pay and evaluate data sources for population insights.

People Analytics Strategy:

  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap for people analytics to fuel data-driven decisions.
  • Manage reporting on key people metrics like headcount, turnover, and talent acquisition.
  • Craft compelling stories from data to empower leaders and improve employee outcomes.
  • Design, execute, and analyze employee surveys to uncover actionable insights.
  • Model and measure the cost-effectiveness of people programs and initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of experience in people analytics and compensation.
  • Deep understanding of the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret patterns in complex datasets.
  • Passionate about AI and emerging technologies that empower People teams.
  • Experience in cloud-based solutions and SQL preferred.
  • Workday and compensation analysis experience a plus.
