Your Role at GDMS:

As a Senior Engineering Technician, you will:

• Build & Innovate: Layout, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic and electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, and specialized test equipment.
• Hands-On Engineering: Calibrate, align, and construct complex devices and components.
• Problem Solve: Organize data to identify cause/effect relationships, suggest process improvements, and deliver practical solutions.
• Experiment & Document: Conduct and document experiments to refine system performance.
• Contribute to Big Ideas: Support a team working on top-secret technologies and mission-critical solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with fabrication, calibration, and system diagnostics.
• Innovative Mindset: Eager to solve problems and recommend practical process improvements.
• Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Familiarity with electronic tools, soldering, and test equipment.
• Team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
