Your Mission:
As an OCM Consultant, you'll:
- Consult & Innovate: Ideate and propose tailored digital adoption strategies using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem.
- Create Impactful Content: Help migrate training materials by converting UPK content to Whatfix, making learning seamless and engaging.
- Analyze & Adapt: Identify user training needs, uncover actionable insights, and develop solutions to improve digital adoption for the Department of Defense.
- Collaborate & Elevate: Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive process efficiencies.
- Lead Change: Be a trusted guide for clients navigating complex digital transitions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and understand PeopleSoft application processes.
- Passion for learning with a strong appetite for becoming a Whatfix Products expert through certification.
- 5-10 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or technical writing.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and travel as needed.
- CAC Clearance required.
