???? Lead the Charge in Strategic Accounts: Own and drive revenue growth by nurturing relationships with your assigned strategic accounts. Leverage your expertise in AI to uncover new opportunities, manage renewals, and deliver long-term value.
???? Drive Impact Through Solution Selling: Partner with our Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, helping clients tackle pain points with tailored AI solutions that move the needle.
???? Collaborate Across Teams: Work seamlessly with Account Managers, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful product adoption and continuous client engagement. Your job is to ensure every customer maximizes the full potential of DataRobot.
???? Execute with Precision: Develop and implement account plans, monitor customer health, and hit ambitious sales targets, all while keeping a customer-first mindset.
???? Engage with Senior Leaders: Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers across the financial services industry, including Investment Banking, Market Risk, and Wealth Management. Use your communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
???? Be the Voice of DataRobot: Represent the company’s offerings at kickoff meetings, major milestone events, and client interactions, ensuring our value proposition resonates across all levels.
???? Educational Foundation: A BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience, with a proven track record of success in the sales field.
???? Enterprise Sales Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or solutions sales, ideally in AI, analytics, or big data. Previous experience in the financial services or banking vertical is a strong plus.
???? Proven Sales Expertise: You have experience managing a $5M-$10M portfolio and know how to meet and exceed your quota by creating customized sales strategies.
???? Exceptional Communicator: Comfortable speaking the language of both technical and executive audiences, whether explaining complex AI concepts or negotiating high-value contracts.
???? Relationship Builder: A natural at building strong, long-term client relationships, and always ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
???? Strategic Visionary: Ability to think both strategically and tactically, using data-driven insights to position solutions that deliver measurable impact for clients.

Competitive Compensation: Enjoy an attractive base salary plus performance-driven commission with total earnings potential between $233,750 - $310,000 USD/year.
