As part of our team, you’ll support engineering and project management functions, helping drive the execution of critical defense platforms that protect the world we live in.
What You’ll Do:
- Dynamic Reporting: Prepare and analyze essential reports—monthly, weekly, and data-driven—ranging from total cost summaries to material reports and travel triggers.
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS): Learn the ins and outs of EVMS principles and apply them, handling contracts, baselines, and work breakdown structures (WBS) to ensure project alignment.
- Project Facilitation: Coordinate meetings, prepare review packages, present data, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.
- Program Start-Up: Dive into the early phases of program development, understand the roles and responsibilities, and contribute to smooth program kick-offs.
- Incentive Tracking: Keep track of incentives, ensuring the collection, management, and timely submission of all relevant artifacts.
What You Bring:
- Entry-Level Experience: Basic training in project support and Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who takes initiative, improves processes, and consistently looks for opportunities to innovate.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Excel, PowerBI, IFS, Project, Visio/Drawio, and Windchill.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and assertive communication to work effectively across teams.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, keeping detailed records and maintaining focus on all deliverables.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key, and your sharp eye for detail ensures that every task is executed with precision.
