Your Role: Empowering Healthcare with Technology

As an IT Systems Analyst focused on Supply Chain ERP Applications, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting our critical IT applications like Workday and Tecsys. You'll help maintain the availability, stability, and performance of these applications, ensuring they seamlessly integrate with clinical systems and empower our staff to deliver exceptional care.

You’ll also troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize workflows, and provide support to end-users, all while contributing to the ongoing evolution of CoxHealth's IT infrastructure. Whether you're guiding team members, solving technical challenges, or introducing new technologies, you’ll be at the forefront of healthcare IT innovation!


What You’ll Do

???? Design & Implement IT Solutions: Develop, test, and implement systems for clinical and supply chain applications. You'll ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently, optimizing performance and system reliability.

???? Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Act as a go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring applications are stable and meeting the needs of the clinical teams.

???? Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT and clinical teams, providing technical support and sharing your expertise to keep everyone on the same page. You’ll work as a true partner in driving operational efficiency.

???? Lead & Mentor: For more senior positions (IT Systems Analyst III & IV), you'll have the chance to lead initiatives and mentor junior analysts, driving innovation and ensuring the success of IT operations across CoxHealth.


Who We’re Looking For

For IT Systems Analyst I:

  • Education: Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including working with clinical technologies.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn and adapt in the dynamic healthcare environment.

For IT Systems Analyst II:

  • Experience: 4 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, with a focus on clinical technologies.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of IT systems, strong documentation, and the ability to lead small to medium projects.

For IT Systems Analyst III:

  • Experience: 6 years of experience in IT support or healthcare clinical workflows, including managing complex IT systems and workflows.
  • Skills: Ability to mentor junior analysts, strong understanding of operational workflows, and ability to manage larger projects and initiatives.

For IT Systems Analyst IV:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience with healthcare IT systems and workflows, including leadership in strategic IT initiatives and innovation.
  • Skills: Expertise in clinical systems, exceptional analytical skills, and a strategic thinker with knowledge of emerging technologies (telehealth, AI, etc.).
