Your Impact: Empowering Healthcare with OnBase

As an IT Systems Analyst focused on OnBase Document Imaging, you’ll ensure that vital healthcare documentation flows seamlessly, securely, and efficiently across CoxHealth’s systems. This role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting OnBase, the innovative solution that keeps our clinical and administrative operations organized. You’ll interact with end-users, resolve system issues, and build expertise in OnBase functionality to keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll also help in building customized document management solutions, gathering business requirements, and making sure the OnBase system is optimized to meet evolving needs. From enhancing workflows to developing new solutions, you’ll be at the heart of CoxHealth’s IT transformation!

What You’ll Do

????? System Design & Development: Create and configure OnBase solutions based on business needs, ensuring top-tier functionality for all departments.

???? Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve system issues, provide on-demand assistance, and maintain a high level of OnBase availability and reliability.

???? Collaboration & Mentoring: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and implement new solutions. For more senior roles, you’ll also mentor and lead junior analysts, guiding them through technical challenges.

???? Continuous Improvement: Help optimize system performance, workflow efficiency, and data integration, making CoxHealth’s IT systems even stronger.

Who We’re Looking For

For IT Systems Analyst I:

• Education: Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years in healthcare IT support, including clinical workflows or document management technologies.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. A great communicator and problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.

For IT Systems Analyst II:

• Experience: 4 years of experience with healthcare workflows and document management, including experience with OnBase or related systems.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of system integration, strong documentation skills, and the ability to lead small initiatives aimed at improving clinical systems.

For IT Systems Analyst III:

• Experience: 6+ years with a deep understanding of OnBase and healthcare IT systems, plus hands-on experience troubleshooting complex issues.
• Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and improve workflows across multiple systems.

For IT Systems Analyst IV:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience managing complex OnBase and healthcare IT systems, including leading strategic IT projects.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, ability to mentor others, and a strategic approach to aligning clinical systems with organizational goals. You stay ahead of emerging tech trends like telehealth, AI, and more.
