The School of Healthcare Business and Technology at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) is seeking passionate and experienced Adjunct Faculty to join our team in Quality Control and Quality Assurance education. We are looking for dynamic educators to develop and teach undergraduate-level courses that equip students for success in the life sciences workforce, particularly in the biomanufacturing sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative course content in areas such as quality improvement, AI in life sciences, and biomanufacturing applications—all designed to foster real-world learning through problem-based and active learning methods.
Develop Cutting-Edge Course Content:
Create engaging lessons and assignments with a focus on quality control, quality improvement, and related topics in life sciences. Tailor content to biomanufacturing students, helping them bridge the gap between math, science, and real-world applications.
Collaborate with Faculty & Program Directors:
Work closely with the Dean and Program Director to design high-quality course materials for online delivery, incorporating both pre-existing content and your expertise. Provide guidance on adapting or updating course materials for maximum impact.
Active Learning & Problem-Based Approach:
Design and deliver course materials that engage students in hands-on learning, allowing them to tackle real-world problems and scenarios within the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Foster critical thinking and innovative solutions.
Course Assessment & Continuous Improvement:
Develop effective and scalable assessment methods aligned with program goals. Continuously improve course content based on student feedback, ensuring it meets the high standards of MCPHS.
