Your Mission

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the trailblazer of new business opportunities. Your job? Identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and showcase how Impact’s industry-leading solutions—from Cybersecurity to AI-driven marketing strategies—can solve their toughest challenges.


What You'll Do:

???? Prospect Like a Pro: Strategically connect with C-suite and VP decision-makers through personalized omnichannel outreach (phone, email, and social).

???? Create Opportunities: Set up 20+ high-quality sales meetings per month by identifying pain points and showcasing Impact’s value-driven solutions.

?? Master the Dial: Make 150+ calls daily using AI-driven dialing platforms to maximize your outreach.

???? Deliver Value: Understand business challenges, analyze pain points, and guide conversations toward business outcomes rather than technical jargon.

???? Stay Smart: Leverage data insights from platforms like 6Sense for hyper-targeted outreach strategies.

???? CRM Superhero: Maintain accurate data in our CRM system to ensure streamlined follow-ups and sales pipeline accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

???? Experience: 2+ years in sales, lead generation, or a related role — bonus points for technology sector experience!
