We are seeking a Specialist in Data and AI to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on AI governance, foster global collaboration, and make a tangible impact in a rapidly evolving field. ???? Coordinate and drive initiative delivery within our AI Governance Alliance, ensuring smooth progress and effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
???? Build a community of leaders and experts by engaging with partners from the tech, policy, and governance ecosystems.
???? Develop new AI governance frameworks that will be piloted, tested, and scaled across industries.
???? Help shape the global narrative on AI responsibility, transparency, and inclusivity, while analyzing key trends and issues in AI and Data.
???? Work alongside global leaders in tech, government, and civil society to co-create policies and solutions for the AI-driven future.
???? Organize and manage events (virtual and in-person), including thematic and regional meetings, workshops, and stakeholder gatherings.
???? Create content to amplify our work across digital platforms, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote our initiatives.
???? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree in International Policy, Technology Policy, Public Administration preferred).
???? 2+ years of experience in Data, AI ecosystems, or policy, with a focus on governance, innovation, or related fields.
???? Strong project management, research, and presentation skills.
???? Passion for global collaboration and experience working with diverse teams and high-level executives.
???? Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach.
???? Proficiency in digital platforms and a passion for using technology to drive change.
???? Excellent English communication skills (additional languages a plus).
