About the Role:
As a Senior Product Owner - ServiceNow, you'll play a pivotal role in steering the direction of our ServiceNow platform, driving innovation and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for problem-solving, a knack for strategy, and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will be the bridge between our technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality solutions.
User Experience: Champion user-centric design and ensure the platform delivers an exceptional user experience.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the platform.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a strong background in the ServiceNow platform.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
