What You'll Do:

  • Architect & Innovate: Lead the development and support of sophisticated Nice CXone voice systems including inContact Studio scripting, AI automation, NLP, and workforce management.

  • Integrate Seamlessly: Design large-scale voice integrations with CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with network engineers to ensure smooth integration with voice carriers and networking technologies such as SIP, SBC, and WebRTC.

  • Solve & Optimize: Analyze and troubleshoot cloud and hybrid multi-cloud contact center systems to ensure top-tier performance.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: 7+ years in IT developing enterprise contact center architecture; 5+ years with Nice CXone systems.

  • Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in voice carrier integration, SIP, SBC, and WebRTC.

  • Problem Solver: Proven ability to troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems in cloud and hybrid environments.

  • CRM Expertise: Experience integrating voice technologies with Salesforce or similar platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: Deep knowledge of architectural patterns and scalable solutions.
