What You’ll Do:

  • Innovate with MBSE: Develop and apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to create advanced technical specifications, system architectures, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for complex ground and weapon systems.

  • Optimize Systems: Research and implement innovative engineering tools to solve emerging threats and operational challenges.

  • Seamless Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy large-scale system solutions.

  • Performance Enhancement: Analyze and troubleshoot issues within cloud and hybrid multi-cloud environments to maintain system efficiency.

  • Client Collaboration: Partner closely with government and stakeholders to implement cutting-edge digital solutions.

Your Expertise:

  • Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)

    • 3+ years of systems engineering experience on ground platforms

    • 2+ years performing systems analysis and creating engineering products for ground systems

    • Practical experience with MBSE for developing technical specifications, system architecture, and ICDs

    • Proficiency with digital engineering tools like Cameo, MagicDraw, Sparx, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody

    • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience with advanced tools like MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter

  • Proficiency in automating tasks using MBSE tool APIs

  • Familiarity with digital twins and their real-world applications

  • Knowledge of SysML, DoDAF, and AI’s role in digital engineering

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical risks effectively

  • OMG Certified Systems Model Professional (OCSMP) or INCOSE SE Certification

  • Master’s degree in Engineering
