What You’ll Drive:

• Innovative Learning Strategies: Partner with technical experts to assess needs and build learning solutions for emerging technologies.
• Creative Course Design: Develop engaging content using agile course development techniques, blending UX/UI principles into learning materials.
• LMS Expertise: Ensure learning solutions are seamlessly integrated and maintained within the enterprise learning management system.
• Community Engagement: Build engagement strategies that grow AI and data analytics skillsets across Ford’s workforce.
• Learning Events: Create dynamic upskilling events such as Hackathons, learning cohorts, and awareness presentations.
• Communication Excellence: Develop impactful communications and maintain SharePoint site content to support learning initiatives.

What You Bring to the Journey:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, including needs assessments and curriculum planning
• Expertise in learning theories, UX/UI design for learning materials, and writing effective instructional copy
• Ability to create media-rich learning materials and facilitate engaging events
