What You'll Do:

• Lead with Impact: Manage and support a team of hourly quality control operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze & Innovate: Dive deep into real-time data analysis, identifying key issues and implementing digital and AI-driven solutions to enhance quality systems.
• Ensure Process Excellence: Conduct process audits (VDA 6.3), assess risks (FMEA), and implement preventive measures for recurring quality issues.
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Manage first article inspections, monitor product characteristics, and oversee equipment qualification to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify, propose, and implement process optimizations to improve production quality and meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside central teams to implement advanced AI solutions and intelligent quality control processes.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of process quality control management experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
• Proven leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Even Better If You Have:

• Experience with digitalization and AI-driven quality systems.
• Strong bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English).
• Knowledge of equipment qualification processes.
• Experience in implementing intelligent quality management systems.
