• Expand CAI's global influence by building alliances and positioning U-M as a leader in education solutions.

• Act as a bridge between external partners and CAI leadership to ensure impactful solutions.
• Partner with faculty and CAI’s internal experts to create learner-centric, scalable programs.

• Develop frameworks to evaluate program success and scalability.
• Leverage data and insights to continuously improve program impact.

???? Be a Thought Leader

• Represent CAI at global events, advocating for innovative educational solutions.

What You Bring

• A Master’s degree in business, education, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in business development, corporate learning, or educational strategy.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
• Passion for workforce transformation and lifelong learning.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in designing innovative, impactful learning experiences.
• Experience with emerging technologies like AI-powered tools and digital credentialing.
