NWN Carousel is looking for a Business Architect to take ownership of the technical sale and lead transformative initiatives during the pre-sales phase.

What You’ll Do:As a Business Architect, you will be the linchpin between our sales team and customers, executing complex sales activities while ensuring seamless alignment with customer needs and technical solutions. This is a key role that combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise.

• Lead Sales Execution: Take full ownership of the technical sales process during customer and partner engagements. You’ll guide the development of proposals, lead product demos, and manage technical scope to meet customer requirements.
• Solve Business Problems: Analyze client business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure they align with customer goals. Create impactful business cases and proposals that showcase the value of NWN offerings.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Offerings Management, to develop and deliver solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
• Create Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, adding value through technical leadership, market insights, and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:We’re looking for a leader who has experience in both technical leadership and strategic sales. Your technical expertise combined with your business acumen will make you the ideal candidate for this role.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, with 8-10 years of experience in a technical leadership role (preferably in integration or support services).
• Security & Network Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience designing complex communications systems, including deep expertise in cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent infrastructure.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Nutanix, or HPe certification are essential.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of IP Communications, Networking, Security, End User Computing, Virtualization, and Data Center solutions.
• Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong strategic thinking, business problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to influence both technical and business stakeholders.

Additional Qualities:

• Proven ability to design and implement complex communication systems.
• Experience in technical sales document creation and project management.
• Ability to develop/ deliver compelling management presentations.
• Solid time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
