In this role, you’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that power real-world applications. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing product performance and delivering value to our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Design & Optimize Models: Lead the design and optimization of machine learning models for a variety of applications—classification, regression, detection, and clustering.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Design and implement experiments to collect and process large datasets. Ensure data quality and integrity for accurate model training.
- Algorithm Selection: Evaluate and implement machine learning algorithms tailored to specific project requirements, ensuring peak performance and scalability.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Deploy Models: Oversee the deployment of machine learning models onto hardware and monitor them for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously track model performance and apply updates or enhancements based on evolving needs.
- Document Best Practices: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for models and processes to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends in machine learning and AI, contributing fresh ideas to enhance our capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in machine learning or data science roles, with hands-on experience in model development and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Data Processing: Familiarity with data processing frameworks such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- End-to-End Workflow: Proven ability to build end-to-end machine learning workflows, from data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
