Research and Development Analyst 12 Month Limited Term

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Research Directors, Product Managers, Psychometricians, and Developers to ensure research and development efforts meet publication timelines.
  • Create and Innovate: Develop and refine new test items, pilot materials, and contribute to product specifications.
  • Quality Control: Draft, edit, and finalize test components, including record forms, stimulus books, and manuals.
  • Enhance Digital Products: Work on item art specifications and ensure visual/auditory stimuli meet global content standards.
  • Research Excellence: Conduct literature reviews, contribute to research manuals, and provide content for scoring/reporting software programs.
  • Global Collaboration: Flex your work schedule (~10%) to collaborate with international colleagues.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or educational field (Master’s preferred). Experience in socio-emotional learning or personality disorder assessment is a plus.
  • Research Savvy: Background in research methods, statistics, and clinical assessments is preferred.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong written, oral, and technical communication skills tailored for diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Mental flexibility to manage multiple projects and balance clinical, research, and business requirements.
  • Team Player: Success working as both an independent contributor and within collaborative teams.
  • Technology Enthusiast: Comfortable with digital tools, mobile/web applications, and AI-driven technologies.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience)
