? Architectural Expertise: 15+ years of experience and a professional degree in architecture.
? Licensed Architect: Registered Architect status required; LEED AP preferred.
? Design Tech Proficiency: Skilled in design tools like Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Generative AI.
? Exceptional Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
? Client-Focused Mindset: Dedicated to delivering outstanding client service.
? Leadership Savvy: Ability to manage multiple projects while inspiring and guiding teams.
