- Risk & Control Expertise: Lead and execute assurance activities across a variety of processes to assess risks and controls.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure audit results meet high professional standards, while making practical recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams, managing complex audits and providing guidance on best practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data trends to monitor risks and guide future audit plans.
- Clear Communication: Present audit findings to leadership and external auditors, and maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders.

- Experience: 4-7 years in auditing, risk management, or compliance, with expertise in banking regulatory, IT, or financial services.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Certifications: CIA, CISA, CPA, or similar certifications preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with data analytics, automation, and even Generative AI.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and guide teams under pressure.
