We’re looking for a Senior IT Auditor to join our team and help us maintain the integrity of our internal controls and risk management processes. If you're an expert in IT auditing, risk management, and have a passion for identifying trends to protect organizations, we want to meet you!
Lead Assurance Activities:
Scope, plan, and execute a range of audits focusing on IT, information security, data analytics, and digital banking. Deliver top-quality, on-time results and formulate recommendations for improvement.
Assess Risk & Monitor Trends:
Continuously monitor the risk landscape, leveraging data trends to recommend future coverage areas and updates to multi-year audit plans. Analyze emerging risks across internal and external environments.
Collaborate and Lead:
Work in agile teams, guiding projects and assisting team members. Lead audit programs, help prioritize tasks, and manage complex projects. Provide ongoing mentorship and assist in maintaining high-quality audit practices.
Build Relationships:
Develop strong partnerships with audit clients, business unit leadership, risk/compliance partners, and vendors. Share audit results with Internal Audit Leadership and Executive Management, ensuring clear communication and addressing any challenges.
Continuous Improvement:
Champion process improvements within our audits and technological tools, keeping pace with industry changes and regulatory requirements.
Education & Experience:
IT Audit & Risk Expertise:
Proficient in auditing and risk management techniques, with deep knowledge of IT, information security, enterprise risk, and Sarbanes-Oxley. Familiarity with data analytics, automation, and AI tools is a plus!
Strong Leadership & Communication Skills:
Proven project management expertise with the ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments. Excellent communication skills for presenting audit results and maintaining relationships across departments.
Certifications (Preferred):
CIA, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or other relevant audit/risk certifications are a plus.
