We are now seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer - Microsoft Azure to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions to our clients. ???? Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Microsoft Solutions:
  Design, implement, and deploy custom business solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and other related Microsoft technologies, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals.

• Client Engagement & Consulting:
  Work directly with customers to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and deliver tailored solutions that optimize their IT infrastructure. Act as a trusted advisor, driving customer success through seamless technical implementations and post-deployment support.

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design:
  Collaborate with sales teams to create effective pre-sales strategies, perform technical assessments, and design solutions. Develop Statements of Work (SoWs), Bill of Materials (BoM), diagrams, and illustrations to communicate proposed designs.

• Customer Adoption & Training:
  Guide clients through the adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions, offering hands-on training and documentation to ensure a smooth post-implementation experience.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay at the forefront of emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, developing training resources and mentoring team members to enhance their technical expertise.

???? Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Technical Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and migrations, cloud-native networking (VNets, DNS), and IaaS/PaaS services such as Azure SQL, Storage, and App Services.
  • Proficiency in Terraform/Bicep, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell), and cloud infrastructure management.

• Experience:

  • 5+ years in IT consulting, focusing on Microsoft technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud migrations, BCDR strategies, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects from solution design to implementation, in both on-premises and hybrid environments.

• Consultative Mindset:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for Microsoft 365 adoption and drive long-term customer success.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  • Microsoft AZ-104, Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 certifications, and additional industry certifications in networking, security, or cloud architecture.
