???? What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate & Contribute:
    Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Research Directors, Product Managers, Psychometricians, Data Analysts, and Digital Developers to support various phases of product development. Your insights will contribute to building, refining, and maintaining high-quality educational products.

  • Develop & Refine Test Materials:
    Write and edit new test items, piloting materials, and ensuring the quality of all components, from test forms to user manuals. You’ll also work on creating product specifications and conducting literature reviews to ensure the highest standards.

  • Digital Product Collaboration:
    Contribute to the development of digital products and services, ensuring they meet global content standards and specifications across both print and digital platforms. Work on developing art and multimedia specifications to bring innovative, interactive products to life.

  • International Teamwork:
    Flex your schedule to collaborate with international colleagues and ensure smooth coordination across time zones to meet global project timelines.

  • Quality Control & Timely Delivery:
    Help manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are on track. You’ll ensure that all components of the project meet publication deadlines, while maintaining the highest standards of quality control.


???? Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or educational field (Master’s preferred).
    • Subject matter expertise in clinical/educational settings, particularly around socio-emotional learning or personality disorders is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • Background in research methods and statistics preferred.
    • Experience with clinical assessments or educational testing is highly desirable.
  • Required Skills:

    • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage complex projects with precision.
    • Excellent Communication: Able to convey moderately complex research findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable ways (written, oral, and technical).
    • Collaborative Team Player: Proven ability to contribute effectively to cross-functional teams while maintaining an independent work ethic.
    • Tech-Savvy: Experience working with technology, mobile/web apps, and a keen interest in upskilling in areas like artificial intelligence.
