As Product Manager 1, you’ll collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and AI teams to define, design, and deliver AI-powered digital products. You'll transform ideas into actionable roadmaps, creating solutions that meet user needs and elevate the organization's technological landscape.
???? Your Day-to-Day:
Strategize & Inspire:
- Develop and communicate the vision for digital AI products across the organization.
- Craft lifecycle and marketing strategies to gain buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders.
Innovate & Deliver:
- Translate ideas into high-quality, simple, and user-driven AI product solutions.
- Develop detailed, actionable business requirements for digital product architecture.
Collaborate & Lead:
- Work closely with Project Managers and AI teams to ensure on-time, quality product delivery.
- Prioritize trade-offs among competing business needs to meet strategic objectives.
- Foster teamwork across local and globally virtual teams.
Analyze & Optimize:
- Evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and iterate based on user feedback.
- Create clear documentation and user instructions to improve product adoption.

- 4-year degree or equivalent experience in product management or AI-driven strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Experience with user-driven digital and AI strategies.
