What You Bring:
? Expertise & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years in software or platform engineering, with at least 5 years leading teams.
- Proven experience in scaling cloud-based platforms.
? Tech Skills:
- Strong knowledge of microservices, API management, containerization, and serverless architectures.
- Experience with developer experience optimization and test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with application performance monitoring (APM) and performance optimization.
? Leadership Abilities:
