What You'll Do:
???? Strategic Analytics Leadership
- Lead the creation of a comprehensive analytics framework that leverages predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI to unlock revenue opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights that inform executive decision-making.
???? Advanced Forecasting & Modeling
- Develop sophisticated forecasting models using ML/AI to anticipate payer patterns, market shifts, and regulatory changes.
???? Operational Intelligence
- Identify areas for performance improvement within the revenue cycle, driving efficiency and value-based care initiatives.
???? Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish clear, data-driven benchmarks and reporting methodologies to monitor revenue trends and outcomes.
- Deliver impactful, synthesized reports to executive and operational leaders.
???? Cross-Functional Collaboration & Talent Development
- Build strong relationships across functions to promote data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and data excellence.
???? Ethical & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure analytics practices align with healthcare regulations and uphold data privacy standards, including HIPAA compliance.
What You Bring:
???? Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (required).
- Master’s Degree (preferred).
???? Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive management experience in analytics and strategic insights.
???? Technical Skills:
- Expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence for revenue optimization in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, payer landscapes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data synthesis, visualization, and predictive modeling.
???? Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
