???? What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Strategic Leadership
- Define and own the vision and roadmap for the Unified Profiles and Entity Resolution layer — the backbone of our data platform.
- Identify opportunities for innovation by staying on top of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
???? Product Execution
- Lead the design and optimization of entity resolution algorithms, data standardization processes, and schema design to power clean and accurate data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure unified data integration across downstream applications.
????????? Technical Ownership
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, scalable APIs, and data models.
- Champion advanced data engineering, AI/ML techniques, and automation for smarter data unification.
???? Customer-Centric Problem Solving
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their data challenges, translating insights into impactful features.
- Set industry-leading standards for data quality and integrity.
???? Stakeholder Collaboration
- Ensure platform alignment by collaborating with product managers, data architects, and company leadership.
- Clearly communicate product progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
???? What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years in data platforms or technical products.
- Proven success building entity resolution systems, scalable data infrastructure, or similarly complex products.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML techniques for data deduplication, matching, and linking (bonus points for expertise).
Skills:
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
