???? What You'll Do:
As the Life Sciences Labs Digital Transformation Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading digital transformation initiatives for our clients in the scientific and laboratory spaces. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Shape Transformation: Develop and execute digital lab strategies, defining the “to-be” enterprise environment and guiding clients through their transformation journey.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with senior client leaders, ensuring alignment on digital lab solutions and securing buy-in for your recommendations.
- Lead the Delivery: Oversee the design and implementation of digital lab solutions using Accenture’s methodology. Ensure a smooth integration of digital technologies across processes and operating models.
- Manage Execution: Ensure the timely delivery of client projects by proactively managing risks, timelines, and resources.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of scientific informatics solutions by identifying new opportunities and sharing insights with both clients and the broader Accenture community.
- Innovate: Help clients leverage emerging technologies like AI, cloud, and IoT to improve laboratory operations, data management, and quality control.
???? What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics (R&D and/or QC Manufacturing) or related fields.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biotech, Biology) or Computer Science/Engineering (Chemical, Biomedical, etc.).
- Industry Expertise: Experience in scientific processes, digital transformation, and laboratory technology solutions.
- Consulting Experience: Prior experience with a Consulting Firm or Scientific/Laboratory Informatics firm is a plus.
- Travel Willingness: Ability to travel up to 50% to client locations.
