???? What You’ll Do:
As an Advanced AI Research Scientist - Associate Manager, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, working on groundbreaking technologies to solve real-world business problems. Here's what you’ll get to do:
- Transform Business Problems into AI Solutions: Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable AI and machine learning models.
- Drive AI Innovation: Lead a team of AI experts, exploring and developing new methodologies, cutting-edge algorithms, and state-of-the-art techniques, including Generative AI and LLMs.
- Build AI Models from Scratch: Design and implement advanced Generative AI models and multi-modal models for various use cases, using techniques like self-supervised learning, transfer learning, and fine-tuning.
- Lead and Mentor Teams: Manage and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of deep AI expertise and ensuring collaboration across teams.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside business stakeholders, engineers, architects, and UI designers to ensure your AI solutions meet business needs and objectives.
- Create Value Justification for AI Solutions: Estimate costs, calculate ROI, and build robust methodologies that demonstrate the value of innovative AI approaches.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership: Collaborate with academic partners, stay at the forefront of AI trends, and share insights on new opportunities, limitations, and risks in Generative AI.
- Document and Share Knowledge: Create detailed technical documentation to capture the nuances of your solutions, enabling future development and knowledge transfer.
???? What You Bring:
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in neural network models and deep learning, especially in foundation models.
- 4+ years of experience building, fine-tuning, and applying LLMs and multi-modal models in real-world scenarios.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies, including architecture patterns, fine-tuning, and working with large-scale models.
- 4+ years of experience in deep learning, specifically training models using GPUs and popular libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others.
- 4+ years of working knowledge in computer architecture and familiarity with GPU architecture.
Leadership Skills:
- 2+ years of technical team management or mentoring experience, guiding junior researchers and engineers toward success.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a strong focus on project timelines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- If you have an Associate’s Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

- Experience working with AI applications such as generative agents and multi-modal systems.
- Familiarity with Generative AI use cases, such as content generation, intelligent automation, and AI-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of AI/ML architecture patterns and how to apply them effectively across different industries.
- Advanced certifications in AI or cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Compensation:
Salary ranges vary based on experience and location.
- California: $73,800 – $220,400
- Colorado: $73,800 – $190,400
- District of Columbia: $78,500 – $202,700
- New York: $68,300 – $220,400
