As an AI LLM Technology Architecture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in architecting next-generation AI solutions, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into platform solutions that deliver business value. With your expertise, you will guide organizations through their AI journeys, translating business needs into scalable technology frameworks and driving strategic, transformative results.
???? What You’ll Do:
- Design Cutting-Edge AI Solutions: Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI architectures, focusing on LLMs and other Generative AI technologies.
- Translate Business Vision into Technical Strategy: Transform business roadmaps into scalable, efficient technical frameworks, aligned with your client’s long-term goals.
- Drive Innovation and Optimization: Analyze current systems, redefine processes, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance performance, reduce costs, and accelerate growth.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on technology adoption, aligning solutions with organizational readiness and ensuring seamless implementation of transformative AI technologies.
- Collaboration at Every Level: Partner with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and executives to design and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs while navigating organizational challenges.
- Manage and Mentor Teams: Lead high-performing teams through complex, high-impact projects, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.
???? What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in AI architecture, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and platform solutions.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing technical frameworks, translating business goals into actionable strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting and selling AI-related solutions to customers.
- Proven ability to redefine systems and processes, leveraging AI to drive efficiency and innovation.
Skills:
- Expertise in AI technology architecture, LLMs, cloud automation, DevSecOps, and platform solutions.
- Ability to analyze business roadmaps and translate them into scalable technical frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud computing and experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or OCI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
- If you hold an Associate’s Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Math.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, containers, and serverless systems.
- Industry-specific experience, especially in sectors like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Services.
- Certification in AI-related technologies (MAG Cloud, etc.) or other advanced certifications in cloud computing.

Compensation:
Salary ranges vary depending on experience and location.
- California: $94,400 – $293,800
- Colorado: $94,400 – $253,800
- District of Columbia: $100,500 – $270,300
- New York: $87,400 – $293,800
