Your Mission:

Parsons is looking for a trailblazing AI/ML Solutions Architect to join our TLOSS team at a USSF remote sensing lab—where your work will directly impact national defense strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Technical Innovation: Lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI/ML architectures tailored to mission objectives.
- Collaborate & Lead: Partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry leaders to align capabilities with critical mission needs.
- Prototype & Deploy: Build functional AI/ML prototypes and optimize performance for real-world applications.
- Strategize & Influence: Shape corporate strategy with AI/ML insights and provide thought leadership across the defense tech landscape.
- Showcase & Demonstrate: Present technical solutions, lead workshops, and share innovations at conferences and symposiums.
What You Bring:
Required:
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions for DoD or IC customers
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and modern AI/ML frameworks
- Strong technical writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to represent Parsons and forge strategic relationships with partners
Desired:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Familiarity with remote sensing and Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) technology
- Expertise in machine learning tools like Jupyter, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SageMaker
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevSecOps, and digital engineering
- Experience with automated planning using PDDL-compliant planners
