Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

As an AI/ML Solutions Architect, you will be the technical visionary driving the future of AI and machine learning at Parsons. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create innovative, cost-effective solutions for mission-critical objectives in the national security space. You’ll use your expertise in AI/ML, data science, and cybersecurity to lead high-profile projects and deliver actionable, differentiated proposals for government solicitations. Your creativity and technical acumen will help us not only solve complex challenges but also enhance Parsons’ competitive edge in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead AI/ML Strategy: Research, ideate, and implement game-changing AI/ML solutions. Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and machine learning to drive the company’s technology roadmap and growth.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand their mission needs and develop AI-driven solutions. You'll be the bridge between customers and Parsons' world-class capabilities.
• Shape Proposals & Presentations: Develop persuasive technical content for proposals, white papers, and related materials. Help secure key government contracts by showcasing Parsons' AI/ML prowess.
• Prototype & Demonstrate: Help build AI/ML prototypes and perform live demonstrations to customers and partners, showcasing the real-world impact of Parsons' cutting-edge solutions.
• Represent Parsons at Conferences: Attend and contribute to AI/ML conferences and symposia, driving thought leadership and industry recognition for Parsons’ technological expertise.
• Drive Growth: Play a key role in Parsons' business development efforts, fostering relationships with government clients and industry partners while supporting mission needs.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML solutions, with a strong background in architecture and system design.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions for DoD or IC customers.
• Ability to innovate and provide thought leadership in AI/ML systems and architectures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with exceptional presentation abilities.
• US Person with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools (e.g., Jupyter, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker).
• Experience with reinforcement learning, generative AI, and/or AI planning.
• Hands-on experience with cloud architectures, data science tools, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with technologies such as agile development, DevSecOps, and cloud migration.
• Experience with automated planning technologies and decision-making systems (e.g., Bayesian Networks, Fuzzy Logic).

Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $227,900.00 (DOE)
