Position: Research and Development Analyst – 12 Month Limited Term
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate for Innovation: Work with a talented team of researchers, product managers, and digital developers to bring high-quality educational products to life.
  • Craft Impactful Content: Write, edit, and refine test components like manuals, test items, and stimulus materials while ensuring they meet both print and digital standards.
  • Design for Success: Develop visual and auditory stimuli, ensuring they meet rigorous global content standards and usability.
  • Shape the Future: Conduct literature reviews, compile references, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge educational tools that drive socio-emotional learning and behavioral assessments.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with international colleagues, adapting your schedule (approximately 10%) to connect across borders.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or educational field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Subject matter expertise in clinical or educational assessments (experience in socio-emotional learning and personality disorders is a plus).
  • Strong foundation in research methods and statistics, with experience administering and interpreting clinical assessments.

Skills:

  • Communication Pro: You can break down complex research into easy-to-understand concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Organization Guru: You excel at managing multiple tasks across various stages of product development.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and ready to learn new tools and software (experience with AI is a bonus!).
