Key Responsibilities
As a faculty member, you will:
- Develop, evaluate, and refine curricula, course content, and instructional materials in line with the Kepha Institute's goals.
- Design and teach both in-person and online courses, integrating technology-enhanced learning methods.
- Mentor and advise students on their academic progress, career paths, and personal development.
- Guide and support adjunct faculty through training, mentoring, and evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and admissions, to promote the Kepha computer science program.
- Contribute to university life by participating in research, community events, and faculty recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to teach in both languages.
- Leadership and supervisory experience, with a proven ability to support student success and retention.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse students, faculty, and stakeholders.
- A passion for student development, including a commitment to promoting ethical, responsible professionals.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and learning management systems to support effective teaching.
- An earned Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of two years’ experience in teaching and academic administration.
