What You'll Do:
As the Head of Quality Engineering, you will spearhead the creation and execution of a robust quality strategy tailored to the unique challenges of the K12 assessment market. Your leadership will shape the future of automated quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance, reliability, and speed across all platforms.

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality assurance strategy with a focus on automation, platform reliability, and user experience. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

  • Hands-On Technical Impact:
    Contribute directly to coding automated testing frameworks that enhance test coverage, accelerate release cycles, and boost platform reliability. Oversee the integration of quality assurance into CI/CD pipelines for smoother, faster deployments.

  • Operational Excellence:
    Manage performance testing to ensure software scalability and responsiveness, addressing the specific needs of K12 assessment platforms. Define and track quality metrics, providing actionable insights to drive product development and leadership decisions.

  • Collaborative Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of quality engineers and managers. Cultivate a diverse and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration across functions, geographies, and backgrounds.

  • Risk Management & Innovation:
    Monitor defect tracking and issue resolution, swiftly identifying and addressing quality concerns. Mitigate risks related to accessibility, security, and compliance. Embrace emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance testing and content delivery efficiency.

  • Industry Leadership:
