What You Will Be Doing:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be integral to the success of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to evaluate, implement, and verify energy-saving projects that have a lasting positive impact on both businesses and communities.
- Coordinate Energy Efficiency Projects: Oversee the day-to-day evaluation, implementation, and verification of energy-saving measures in lighting, HVAC systems, and more, ensuring smooth execution of all projects.
- Provide Technical Support: Guide clients, contractors, and program participants in selecting and implementing energy-efficient technologies, ensuring compliance with program policies and best practices.
- Conduct Surveys and Audits: Perform energy audits, including lighting surveys and HVAC system assessments, to verify the installation and operation of energy-efficient equipment.
- Process and Review Documentation: Review customer applications, analyze financial data, and assess cost estimates for compliance with program policies.
- Ensure Accuracy and Quality: Perform energy savings calculations, upload records to program databases, and follow up on quality control activities such as inspections and customer surveys.
What You Need to Have (Minimum Qualifications):
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Admin, Energy, Communication, or related fields) or equivalent experience. 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Energy Efficiency Knowledge: Strong understanding of energy-efficient technologies and practices—experience in lighting, HVAC systems, or energy audits is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with energy management software and tools is helpful.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills (What We’d Love to See):
- Experience with lighting retrofits, HVAC system assessments, or energy audits.
- Familiarity with energy savings calculations and energy efficiency design.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to collaboration.
- Ability to navigate the complexities of business and stakeholder relationships.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $50,113 - $85,192, depending on experience and qualifications.
