???? What You’ll Lead and Innovate

???? Data Strategy & Governance:

  • Develop and implement an L&D data strategy aligned with Mars' bold growth vision.
  • Set global standards for learning data governance, ensuring security, integrity, and compliance.

???? Learning Analytics & Insights:

  • Analyze data to measure training impact, from performance improvements to business ROI.
  • Design predictive models to forecast learning needs and recommend personalized learning paths.

???? Data Storytelling & Visualization:

  • Craft compelling data stories that demonstrate the value of L&D programs.
  • Build intuitive dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, and more) to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.

???? Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with IT, P&O, and business leaders to connect learning data with workforce trends.
  • Shape talent strategies through data-driven insights on engagement, development, and retention.

???? What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning analytics, HR data analysis, or data strategy for global organizations.
  • Deep understanding of L&D metrics, workforce analytics, and data visualization tools.

Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Mastery of data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Expertise in learning measurement frameworks (Kirkpatrick’s Model, ROI analysis).
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate data into meaningful stories for stakeholders.
  • Bonus points for experience with predictive analytics and machine learning.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or L&D certifications (CPLP, ATD).
