???? What You'll Do

???? Innovate with Machine Learning: Design, develop, and evaluate ML models to solve complex challenges and deliver scalable solutions for real-world applications at Amazon.
???? Lead Scientific Innovation: Serve as a thought leader, advancing scientific innovation and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
???? Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with scientists, economists, and engineers across PXTCS to accelerate innovation and deploy solutions into production.
???? Deploy at Scale: Work with engineering teams to transition your models from development to production, impacting thousands of employees.
???? Solve Diverse Challenges: Collaborate with business leaders to define and implement scalable ML solutions for unique challenges.

???? What You Bring

?? Educational Expertise: Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's Degree with exceptional experience also considered).
?? Deep Learning Mastery: 1+ year of experience with CNN, RNN, LSTM, or other deep learning models.
?? Hands-On ML Experience: 3+ years applying ML solutions to large-scale, complex problems.
?? Cloud & Production Pipelines: Experience building production ML pipelines in cloud environments.
?? Generative AI Experience: Knowledge and experience working with generative AI models is a plus.
?? Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and related ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
?? Effective Communicator: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
