???? What You’ll Be Doing

AI Integration for Wargaming:

• Collaborate with NATO’s wargaming experts to embed AI technologies that enhance planning and decision-making capabilities.
• Support the development of a roadmap to drive AI integration across NATO's wargaming environment, ensuring real-time analysis for faster, data-driven decisions.

Advanced Analytics & Real-Time Decision Support:

• Implement data collection and analysis methods for wargaming datasets, translating them into actionable insights that inform strategy.
• Design real-time analytics and visualizations that empower NATO leadership to make critical decisions during simulations.

Human-Machine Collaboration:

• Facilitate human-machine teaming by incorporating AI tools that enhance collaboration and the wargaming process.
• Conduct experiments to test AI applications in simulated military scenarios, shaping the future of warfare.

Content Creation & Training Development:

• Develop multimedia content for wargaming scenarios, leveraging AI technologies to generate engaging educational videos and materials.
• Play a key role in the training of NATO personnel on integrating AI into wargaming.

???? What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience:

• 4+ years working in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering (professional environment).
• At least 3 years experience integrating AI technologies into real-world applications.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with generative AI models, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills with tools like Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

Wargaming Knowledge:

• Familiarity with wargaming principles and methodologies to drive impactful decision-making in military operations.

Collaborative Mindset:

• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.

• Degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Security clearance (National or NATO Secret) required for this position.
