Must-Have Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or lead generation.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) solutions, recommendation systems, and deep learning models.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Competencies:
- Analytical Excellence: A track record of leveraging ML models to boost business performance.
- Curiosity & Innovation: Passion for learning and staying ahead of AI/ML trends.
- Leadership: Ability to independently structure and own projects while fostering collaboration across teams.
