• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with stakeholders and customers to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply natural language processing, machine learning, and other advanced techniques to solve healthcare challenges.
• Data Storytelling: Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project Management: Oversee timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Data Governance: Assist in building and maintaining a robust data governance framework.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Theory, or related fields (Master's or PhD preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on data science experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization libraries like pandas, seaborn, and matplotlib.
• AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and NLP techniques.
• Big Data & Cloud Experience: Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Leadership: Ability to mentor and guide teams while driving data science strategy.
• Communication: Proven ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
