Minimum Requirements:

• ???? Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• ???? 3+ years of data science experience
• ???? Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
• ???? Expertise in statistical analysis and causal inference
• ???? Experience deploying machine learning models in production

Preferred Qualifications:

• ???? Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science or related field
• ???? Strong SQL skills with experience in large datasets
• ? Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• ???? Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• ???? Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• ???? Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, and customer journey mapping
